1:1 FT | Certified LVN Needed near Walnut, CA | ASAP - EOSY

Location:  Walnut, CA
Requirement: Must hold an active LPN/LVN License

Position Specifications:

• CA LVN Credentials
  • Must be Ventilator Certified
• Full Time
• 1:1
• Hours: Full Time - student will need the LVN to ride the bus to and from school with them (student lives in Walnut, CA – the past two LVNs have quit based on this commute).  
  • Mondays are from 9:30 AM PST – 3:30 PM PST
• Start/End Dates: 11/15/2022 – 6/15/2023
• Grades: Elementary
• Caseload: 1:1 ventilator trained LVN with student during the bus ride and throughout the school day. Kindergarten student with spinal muscular atrophy, fully dependent on a ventilator to breath, needs trach care and suctioning, G-tube feedings, and full care for all activities of daily living.
