1:1 Paraprofessionals or RBTs Needed: Job Open - Bremerton, WA

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced 1:1 Paraprofessionals or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Bremerton, WA area. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
• Assist in the collection of data on student progress and behavior.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
• Assist with classroom management and engagement strategies.
• Participate in meetings to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.

Special Requirements: 

• Qualifying score of 461 or higher on the ETS Exam.
• Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• Completion of an apprenticeship as a Paraeducator.
• Strong behavior background.
