Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a full-time position in a school setting? We are seeking an RN to join our team in Henderson, NC, to provide essential medical care and support to high school students with complex medical needs.

Position Details:

• Location: Henderson, NC
• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Dates: ASAP  - May 23, 2025
• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Additional Duties: Ride the bus to and from school with the student

Caseload / Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for high school students with tracheostomies
• Training in tracheostomy care and related medical needs
• Perform bus duties (AM/PM) to ensure student safety
• Develop and implement Individual Health Plans (IHP) or Plans of Care
• Conduct health evaluations and assessments
• Report to the district nurse supervisor or designee

Requirements:

• Active RN licensure
• Experience in school-based nursing preferred
• Expertise in tracheostomy care and complex medical management
