We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 support for a male 3rd-grade student in Arlington, WA. This full-time position runs through the 2024-2025 school year and requires specialized care for a student with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seizure Management: Provide constant monitoring and immediate intervention for seizures related to the student's epilepsy.
• 1:1 Support: Offer continuous care and support to a blind student, ensuring safety and well-being throughout the school day.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with teachers, parents, and medical staff to develop and implement an individualized care plan.
• Daily Assistance: Assist with mobility, daily activities, and any additional needs related to the student's condition.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington State.
• Experience with seizure management and providing care for students with complex medical needs is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the specific needs of the student.
