About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide personalized care for a female student in Pipersville, PA. This role involves supporting the student during her daily transitions between a residential facility and school, as well as providing essential care throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet the student at her residential facility each morning.
- Escort the student on the bus to and from school.
- Provide specialized care during school hours, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- G-tube management
- Seizure monitoring and intervention
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania (required).
- Experience with trach care, G-tube management, and seizure care.
- Compassionate and reliable, with strong communication skills.
