Job Description:

• Evaluate students in grades 1-9 for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
• Conduct IEP meetings and assist in goal-setting for student success.
• Provide therapy in individual and small group settings.
• Maintain records of student progress and ensure compliance with school and state policies.

Experience and Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• North Carolina SLP license and NCDPI certification.
• ASHA CCC preferred but not required.
• Experience working with school-aged students.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
