About the Position

We are looking for a full-time paraprofessional to join our team at [School Name] in Fullerton, CA. Paraprofessionals work closely with teachers to provide support to students in the classroom. This includes providing individualized instruction, helping students with their assignments, and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction to students
• Help students with their assignments
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
• Assist with classroom management
• Work with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with students in a classroom setting
• Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
