Blazerjobs is seeking 6 passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team and support students across various school levels!

Do you have a passion for helping children and adolescents develop their communication skills?

In this rewarding role, you will play a vital role in supporting the speech and language needs of students in elementary, middle, and high school. We offer both on-site and hybrid positions to best fit your preferences.

Responsibilities (all positions):

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure a well-rounded support system for students.
  • Write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with communication needs.
  • Track student progress and make data-driven decisions regarding interventions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Caseload:

  • Your caseload will include students from elementary, middle, and high school.

Schedule (details for each position are below):

  • On-site SLP (4 positions): Full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday-Friday, working on-site at designated schools within the district (start date: July 29, 2024; end date: May 23, 2025).
  • Hybrid SLP (2 positions): Full-time (37.5 hours/week), with a flexible schedule of 2 days working virtually and 3 days working on-site (start date: July 29, 2024; end date: May 23, 2025).

Qualifications (all positions):

  • Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License in the state of Georgia.
  • Experience working with students in a school setting (preferred).
  • Strong clinical skills in speech and language assessment and intervention.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

Special Requirements:

  • On-site positions are preferred, but we will consider qualified candidates for the hybrid model (2 days virtual, 3 days on-site).
