Position Details:

• Job Title: Paraprofessional
• Location: Various schools in California
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students.
• Assist teachers in classroom management and lesson implementation.
• Help with daily activities, including academic, behavioral, and personal care needs (if required).
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Patience, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
