Position Details:

• Job Title: Paraprofessional

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in providing individualized and small-group instruction.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and personal care needs as required.
• Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success.
• Monitor and document student progress and behaviors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed.
