24/25 School Year Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant-Richmond, VA

Blazerjobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join a school district in Richmond, VA. This is a full-time onsite position supporting students across 2-3 schools, with a focus on elementary school students and some involvement with K-12th grade students.

Position Details:

• Location: Richmond, VA
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Caseload: K-12th grade, primarily elementary school students
• Schools: 2-3 sites
• Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license in Virginia
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
