California State Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential with a School Psychology authorization.
• Completion of a supervised internship.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist in Galt, CA, to provide maternity leave coverage for the 25/26 school year. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. By working closely with educators, parents, and students, you will help foster a supportive learning environment that promotes academic and emotional success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and review IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Provide interventions and counseling services to support students facing academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Assist in crisis intervention and support student well-being.
• Work with school teams to implement strategies that enhance learning and student success.
