Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll assess and treat communication disorders in students, working closely with families and educational teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA.
• Valid state licensure.
• Completed clinical fellowship (CFY).
• Knowledge of IDEA and special education laws.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with IEPs and evidence-based therapy.
• Bilingual preferred.

Details:

• Compensation: $40-$48 per hour
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401(K)
• Start Date: August 2024
