Position: 7th Grade Math Teacher
Location: Chester, PA
Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 13, 2025

Blazer Jobs, in partnership with a local school district, is seeking a dedicated and passionate 7th Grade Math Teacher for the current school year.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate mastery of 7th-grade math concepts, instructional skills, and effective use of course resources.
• Create and implement lesson plans aligned with current state and district standards, driving instruction through formative assessments and differentiation.
• Maintain strong classroom and behavioral management to create a productive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required to obtain an emergency teaching permit
• Active PA certification/licensure required
• Experience in an urban school setting is highly preferred
• Strong classroom and behavioral management skills
• Ability to complete all Pennsylvania clearances before start date
• Previous school-based experience is mandatory
