Position Overview:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students. Your expertise will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment where all students can succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of behavior challenges.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' behavioral and social-emotional growth.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on effective behavior management strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Must hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school or educational setting preferred.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, educators, parents, and other professionals.
  • Passion: Genuine passion for improving the lives of students with behavior challenges.
