Job Description: A school district in Winchester, VA, is actively seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of K-12 students with diverse needs. Onsite presence is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement BIPs
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies
• Maintain accurate and detailed records

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Recent experience working as a BCBA
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, school staff, and families
