Caseload: K - 12th grade, specific caseload & duties will be discussed during the interview process
Pay Range: $40 - $50 per hour, depending on previous experience
Responsibilities:
Determine the underlying causes of problematic behaviors; conduct thorough functional behavior assessments.
Create customized behavior intervention strategies based on assessment data.
Collect and analyze data on student behavior.
Conduct supervision hours for Registered Behavior Technicians.
Requirements:
Must have a Master’s Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
Must hold a National BCBA Certification
Must have an active Illinois PEL
Previous experience preferred, but not required
Benefits:
You will receive a compensation package including health, vision, dental benefits, 401K matching after 90 days of employment, an hourly payrate based upon previous experience, and will be paid on a weekly basis.
