Actively Seeking Special Education Teacher

Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to partner with a school district in Ypsilanti, MI. As part of our team, you will work directly with students who have diverse learning needs, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Adapt curriculum to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Proven experience working with students with special needs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and educational needs.
