Acton, CA - Full Time BCBA Position

Blazer Jobs is excited to collaborate with the Acton School District to fill a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor behavior support strategies
Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavior goals and strategies

Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
