Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and document student progress.
• Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and parents to ensure student success.
• Provide support during the development of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Requirements:

• Valid teaching certification with Special Education endorsement.
• Recent experience working as a Special Education Teacher.
• Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
