Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hackensack, NJ

Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for a full-time position in Hackensack, NJ. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to students with autism and other behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student development.
• Ensure that all interventions are compliant with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a school-based setting.
