We are actively hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team in Norwalk, CT, supporting K-12 students for the 2024-2025 school year.
? Location: Norwalk, CT
? Schedule: Full Time (35-37.5 hours per week)
? Duration: ASAP - June 2025
? Caseload: K-12 students
? You MUST Have:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• Behavior management and prior school-based experience

? Pay Range: $45-$55/hour, based on experience
? Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide training and support to staff and families
• Monitor and analyze student progress
