We are hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Hawthorne, CA to provide health support to 3 students at a local school. You will be responsible for diabetes management, medication administration, and additional health-related tasks. This full-time position starts ASAP and runs through 6/13/2025.
Position Details:
- Full-Time: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday through Friday
- Caseload: 3 students requiring specialized health care
- Key Duties:
- Administer daily medication
- Manage diabetes (including insulin injections and glucose monitoring)
- Address any emergency health needs and report to staff
Qualifications:
- Active California LVN license
- Familiarity with diabetes care is crucial
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
