We’re hiring a Paraprofessional to support K-2 students with moderate to severe disabilities in a nearby school near Woburn, MA. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring direct support for non-verbal students and those needing assistance with personal care.
Position Details:

• Location: Near Woburn, MA
• Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite Only
• Dates: ASAP – June 20, 2025
• Pay Range: $24 - $30/hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students requiring significant classroom and behavioral support.
• Provide personal care assistance, including potty training and diaper changes.
• Help foster communication and engagement for students with limited verbal skills.
• Support teachers in delivering specialized learning plans for students.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks is essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
