Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy techniques in various settings (home, school, community).
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Assist in the development and modification of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to ensure effective service delivery.
- Communicate regularly with families to provide updates on progress and strategies.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients.
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with children, preferably in an ABA or special education setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
