We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for a full-time position near Holliston, MA. The role involves providing 1:1 support to an elementary student with behavioral challenges, implementing behavior plans, and offering stabilization assistance.
Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 18, 2025
• Hours: 32.5 hours per week
• Caseload: Elementary, 1:1 support
• Location: Onsite near Holliston, MA

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with school staff to promote positive behaviors
• Collect and interpret data on student performance
• Support the development of a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active RBT or BT certification in Massachusetts
• Must arrange own BCBA supervision hours (district does not provide supervision)
• Completion of CORI and fingerprinting
• Prior experience in a school setting

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $23.26 - $29.75, based on qualifications and experience
