We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our exceptional school district. Make a difference in students' lives by providing expert behavioral support and interventions.

Position Details:

  • Competitive Pay: $54+/hour based on experience.
  • Schedule: Part Time
  • Setting: Onsite
  • Caseload: K-12th Grade

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students with various needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Train and support school staff in implementing behavior management techniques.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a National BCBA Certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
