We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to individuals. - Full-time ( 37 Hours Per Week)
- Caseload: K-12
Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs in implementing treatment plans and conducting therapy sessions.
- Prepare and organize materials and resources for therapy sessions.
- Monitor and document client progress and behavior.
- Provide support in individual and group therapy settings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) required.
- Experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of therapy techniques and strategies.
