We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to individuals. Job Details:

• Start: ASAP - June 30, 2025
• Full-time ( 37 Hours Per Week)
• Caseload: K-12

 
Responsibilities:

• Assist SLPs in implementing treatment plans and conducting therapy sessions.
• Prepare and organize materials and resources for therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document client progress and behavior.
• Provide support in individual and group therapy settings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
• Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of therapy techniques and strategies.
