Our partner school in Townsend, Massachusetts is looking to find a full-time, onsite Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the full school year! We are looking for a hard-working candidate interested in supporting Special Needs students to join our Special Education team.

About the Position:

• Current School Year
• Full-time, Monday - Friday
• Caseload details will be shared during the interview process
• Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour, depending on previous experience 
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

About the Requirements:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Must have a High School Diploma
• Must be willing to go through credentialing process (Background Check, Fingerprints, etc.)

About the Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct student care in one-on-one settings.
• Collect and record data based on student behavior.
• Communicating with students, parents, and caregivers regarding progress.
• Implement support plans created by the BCBA.

About the Benefits:

• You will receive a compensation package including health, vision, dental benefits, 401K matching (after 90 days of employment), an hourly rate based upon previous experience, and will be paid on a weekly basis.
