Who are you?
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- You have a Valid State teaching license with Special Education certification.
- You have your Active AZ Fingerprint Card
- You have an ADE Certification
- You have experience working with students with diverse needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, emotional/behavioral disorders, and other disabilities.
- You have a strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You have patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with special needs.
What will you do?
- Assess and track students' skills and learning requirements
- Adapt lesson plans to meet each student' individualized needs
- Periodically communicate with parents regarding their child’s educational progress
- Maintain discipline in the classroom
- Assist disabled students with their personal and self-help needs
- Develop, modify, and update IEPs
What is in it for you?
- Compensation: $40+/hr; based on experience.
- Payment Structure: Weekly pay.
- Expected Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Contract Start: ASAP
