BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Location: Homer Glen, IL

Hours: Full-time 

Description: Are you a dedicated BCBA passionate about working with young learners? We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. In this role, you will make a significant impact on students' behavioral and academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to teachers and staff in implementing positive behavior strategies.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other support staff.
  • Deliver training and support to staff on evidence-based behavioral practices.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
