Description: Are you a dedicated BCBA passionate about working with young learners? We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. In this role, you will make a significant impact on students' behavioral and academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide direct support and coaching to teachers and staff in implementing positive behavior strategies.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to monitor progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other support staff.
- Deliver training and support to staff on evidence-based behavioral practices.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
