Position Requirements:

  • Master's degree in School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a related field
  • National BCBA certification
  • Active BCBA state teaching license 
  • Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred
  • Must meet all local and state regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
