Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Provide direct and indirect behavior analytic services to students, staff, and parents.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and professional development to school staff on behavior management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
