Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments for students.
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Track student progress and maintain detailed data records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between schools.
  • Professional references.
