BCBA Needed: Full-Time Job in Burlington, MA

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Burlington, MA area. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
• Monitor and analyze data related to student behavior and progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies within the classroom.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and share best practices.
• Stay current with research and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related disciplines.

Special Requirements:

• Current and active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental and behavioral challenges.
• Passing a comprehensive background check in accordance with state and district regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
