Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Burlington, MA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
- Monitor and analyze data related to student behavior and progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies within the classroom.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and share best practices.
- Stay current with research and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related disciplines.
Special Requirements:
- Current and active BCBA certification.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental and behavioral challenges.
- Passing a comprehensive background check in accordance with state and district regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
