Job Summary:
As a BCBA, you will oversee ABA therapy programs, providing direct support, supervision, and training to behavior technicians and families. You will use your expertise to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress, ensuring high-quality services that align with best practices in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and oversee ABA programs tailored to client goals and needs.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff to implement treatment plans effectively.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to ensure consistency across environments.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and regulations as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Provide ongoing support, consultation, and education to families and team members.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensure as required by the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with autism or related disorders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals and families.
