Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
Provide training and guidance to school staff, teachers, and parents on implementing behavior intervention strategies.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
Monitor and analyze student progress data to make data-driven decisions for instructional planning.
Develop and oversee individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with behavioral challenges.
Utilize evidence-based practices to support students with special needs and behavioral difficulties.
Implement positive behavior support strategies to promote a conducive learning environment.
Qualifications:

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience working with individuals with diverse behavioral needs in a school setting.
Strong understanding and application of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.
Ability to create and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
Dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
