Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Birmingham, AL area. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct consultation and support to teachers and staff in implementing BIPs.
  • Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
  • Conduct staff training and workshops on behavior management strategies and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and behavioral data.

Special Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services, social work, or psychology from an accredited college or university, Master's Degree preferred.
  • License or certification in social work, mental health, psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Successful experience in a related field.
