Job Title: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral assessment, intervention, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective behavior plans and strategies.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Design and implement behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent assessment, observation, and data analysis skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Elementary School caseload
  • April 2024 June 2024 with potential to renew
  • Responsible for supporting multiple schools by de-escalating severe behaviors, observing and collecting data to develop FBAs and BIPs

  • Full-time
