Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district in the Aurora, IL area. Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

• Current Board Certification as a BCBA.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure if. required.
• Previous experience working in a school setting (preferred).
• Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), creating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Conducting behavior assessments and creating individualized behavior plans.
• Providing training and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to student behavior interventions.
