Candidates must meet all of the below requirements and carry 2+ years experience as a BCBA in a school setting. Any applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Position Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis
- National BCBA certification
- Active BCBA state teaching license
- Must meet all local and state regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques
- Provide supervision for the district's RBT's
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
