Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized behavior plans for students.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collect data to inform interventions.
- Supervise and train school staff and RBTs on behavior intervention strategies.
- Regularly assess progress and adjust plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Meets Alabama licensure requirements for BCBAs.
- One or more years of professional experience in behavioral services.
