As a Paraprofessional, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students, providing crucial support in the classroom and helping students with behavioral challenges. Why You’ll Love Working Here:

• Location: Oroville, CA  – A vibrant, welcoming community.
• Schedule: Part time - Monday - Friday (830 AM - 12 PM) 
• Contract Duration: ASAP through June 2025, with opportunities to extend.
• Caseload: Focus on students with behavioral needs, utilizing ABA strategies. Working 1:1 with middle school student.
• Compensation: Competitive pay of $28 – $36/hour.

Key Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree, Para certification, or RBT certification 
• Experience working with students with behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 2-3 professional references.
