Behavior Aide – Birmingham, AL
Blazer Jobs is hiring a committed Behavior Aide to provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges in Birmingham, AL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing behavioral intervention plans.
- Support students during academic and social activities.
- Monitor and document student progress and behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers and behavior specialists to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in Psychology or Education preferred.
- Previous experience in behavioral support (minimum 1 year).
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques is a plus.
