Behavior Technician – Full-Time – Bonsall, CA (Immediate Start)

Blazer Jobs partners with the school district to offer a full-time, onsite Behavior Technician position for the current school year in Bonsall, CA.

Caseload/Details:

• 1:1 or designated adult support with students
• Severe Disabilities
• Must be CPR and First Aid Trained
• Must have reliable car/transportation
• MUST HAVE 1+ Years experience
• MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP
• Experience working with children with disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
• Crisis Training is a plus (Safety Care, CPI, Handle with Care, etc.)

Basic Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior support to students with severe disabilities
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed professional
• Assist with daily routines and activities, ensuring students' safety and comfort
• Help students with behavioral and academic challenges to reach their goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to monitor student progress

State Requirements:

• Must meet state certification or licensure requirements for Behavior Technician
• Candidates with prior experience in behavior management or related fields are strongly preferred
