Behavior Technician Needed in Granite Falls, WA
We are actively seeking a qualified Behavior Technician ("BT") to join our dedicated team in Granite Falls, WA. This part-time position runs from ASAP through June 18, 2025, with working hours from 8:15 AM to 12:45 PM, Monday through Friday, at an elementary school.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT).
• Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
