BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based position in Indianapolis, IN. The selected candidate will work closely with students, providing direct support under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

- Hours: Full-Time (typically 35-40 hours per week)

Job Description:
The RBT will provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral therapy to students with special needs. Working closely under the supervision of a BCBA, responsibilities include:
- Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Assisting in the development and modification of individualized learning plans
- Conducting behavior assessments and data collection as directed by the BCBA
- Working directly with students to promote positive behavioral and social outcomes
- Assisting with classroom management and implementing behavior management techniques
- Monitoring and recording student progress, and making adjustments to interventions as needed
- Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure the success of the student
- Collaborating with the BCBA and school team to track and analyze data for continuous progress
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related fields is a plus
- Previous experience working with children, especially in special education or behavior management settings, is preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain patient, flexible, and empathetic when working with students
