Behavior Therapist / Paraprofessional with ABA Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a Behavior Therapist / Paraprofessional with ABA experience to provide 1:1 and classroom support in an elementary school setting in Billerica, MA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, supporting their academic, behavioral, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support and classroom assistance
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support students in developing positive behaviors and coping strategies
• Assist with classroom activities and individualized learning plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure student success

Requirements:

• Experience with ABA techniques in a school or clinical setting
• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional, RBT, or Behavior Therapist preferred
• Ability to work full-time (7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 35 hours/week)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
