This is a full-time opening for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting positive behavior and creating a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support students with diverse needs.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to reinforce positive behavior.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and incidents.
Support students in developing appropriate social skills and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
Previous experience working with students in a behavioral support role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a passion for fostering positive behavior in students.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from school staff.
