Behavioral Aide (BT) Opening In Framingham, MA

Our partner school in Framingham, Massachusetts is looking to find a full-time, onsite Behavioral Aide (BT) for the full school year! We are looking for a hard-working candidate interested in supporting Special Needs students to join our Special Education team.

About the Position:

• Current School Year
• Full-time, Monday - Friday
• Caseload details will be shared during the interview process
• Pay Range: $20 - $35 per hour, depending on previous experience 

About the Requirements:

• Valid Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Must have a High School Diploma
• Must be willing to go through credentialing process (Background Check, Fingerprints, etc.)
• Previous school-based experience required

About the Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct student care in one-on-one settings.
• Collect and record data based on student behavior.
• Communicating with students, parents, and caregivers regarding progress.
• Implement support plans created by the BCBA.
